All reading assignments are to be completed prior to class on the date listed in this schedule. I approach each class assuming that you have read the assigned material. During class I will supplement and clarify what you have read (I will not lecture directly from the book). The book is a primary source of information; the class is a supplement to the book.

Homework solutions will be posted after assignments have been handed in. I will give partial credit for work shown. I also take into account clarity of presentation. Difficult to follow solutions will receive lower scores.
